Common use of Retention of Contribution Clause in Contracts

Retention of Contribution. Canada will retain up to five percent (5%) of its contribution under this Agreement. Any amount retained by Canada will be released by Canada upon review and acceptance of the final report described under Section 8.2 (Final Report) and the Recipient fulfills all of its obligations under this Agreement.
