Common use of Retention of Contribution Clause in Contracts

Retention of Contribution. Canada will retain a minimum of ten percent (10%) of its funding for the Program under this Agreement. The amount retained by Canada for the Program will be released by Canada when: a) Ontario fulfils all of its obligations for the Program under this Agreement; and b) the Parties carry out a final reconciliation of all claims and payments in respect of the Program and make any adjustments required in the circumstances.
