Common use of Retention of Documentation Clause in Contracts

Retention of Documentation. The subcontractor shall maintain records substantiating material certification, inspection and test for a minimum period of seven (7) years from the close of the contract. These records are subject to TTM Technologies review, and must be available at the Subcontractor's facility, upon request.
