Retention of Reports Clause Samples
Retention of Reports. Unless otherwise required by law, Cardiac Vet shall retain copies of consultation reports for a period of two (2) years, after which the reports may be destroyed.
Retention of Reports. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AFL shall retain copies of analytical reports for a period of three (3) years, after which the reports may be destroyed. AFL shall retain all pertinent records relating to the services performed hereunder for a period of three (3) years following submission of the report, during which period the records will be made available to CLIENT at all reasonable times, which may result in an additional report retrieval fee to the CLIENT.
Retention of Reports. Copies of the inspection reports shall be retained with the SWPPP and copies shall be provided to the Administrator upon request. Such reports shall be retained by the permittee for a minimum of three years.

CONSULTANT shall notify COMPANY prior to destruction of any reports. If COMPANY requests additional copies of any such reports during the retention period, an additional charge will apply for the preparation and printing of such reports.

We provide reports to our veterinarian and Bioresearch clients only. Sample Containers. IDEXX may provide sample containers upon request. We reserve the right to charge a fee for sample containers. The Client is responsible for the use of containers for sending the sample to an IDEXX Laboratory if no IDEXX sample container is used upon the request of the Client.
