Should the Employer merge, amalgamate or combine any of its operations or functions with another organization during the term of this Agreement, the Employer, through whatever merger agreement involved, agrees that all benefits and conditions of employment held by the employees shall be integrated and shall not be adversely affected for the term of the collective agreement.
