Retention of Samples. Bovie shall retain as samples such quantities of Products as Arthrex shall reasonably request. Retained samples shall be maintained in a suitable manner for a reasonable period of time past the manufacture date. All such samples shall be available for inspection and testing by Arthrex at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice.
