Retention of the Administrator. The Trust hereby retains the Administrator to furnish the Funds with accounting, administrative, transfer agency, dividend distribution and anti-money laundering services as set forth in this Agreement, and the Administrator hereby accepts such engagement. The Administrator shall be deemed to be an independent contractor for all purposes herein.
