Retention Requirements. a) Qualified Retention Employees hired by CONTRACTOR may not be discharged without cause during the initial ninety (90) day period of their employment. b) CONTRACTOR shall offer continued employment to each Qualified Retention Employee who received a satisfactory performance evaluation at the end of the initial ninety (90) day period of employment. Such employment shall be offered under the same terms and conditions established by CONTRACTOR for all of its employees.
