Retiree Benefits – Process for Payment. Any bargaining unit nurse who retires and wishes to participate in the Benefit Plan as outlined in Article 17.01 (h) of the Central Hospital Collective Agreement will provide advance payment to the Hospital in a manner prescribed by the Hospital.

(b) The Health Centre will provide advance payment to notify the Hospital in a manner prescribed Union each time the benefit costs are renegotiated by the HospitalHealth Centre.
