Common use of Retirement Notification Clause in Contracts

Retirement Notification. On or before January 15, the District will provide each eligible teacher with notice of eligibility to participate. Eligible employees who desire to participate must return their signed Separation Agreement (Appendix C), with a signed letter of resignation, to the Superintendent of Schools on or before April 1.
