Return and Refund. 27.1. The Purchaser may by notice to the Supplier within a reasonable time after delivery of the Goods return any of the Goods where the Goods to be returned are in a re-saleable condition. Returned Goods must be removed promptly at the Supplier’s expense, within 5 Working Days. 27.2. If the Purchaser has paid any part of the price due in respect of any returned Goods, the Purchaser is entitled to obtain a refund from the Supplier. 27.3. Return and Refund. 9.1 You may cancel the Agreement and receive a refund for each month or part month after the first month, if you notify us by email within 14 days of your receipt of the Dispatch Confirmation. You will be charged for each week after the first month of the licence period, pro rata based on our monthly charge, until the date the Toys are returned to us. If you wish to keep the Toys at the end of the licence period, you will be able to do so if you pay the Keep Fee to us, all as set out on the website.

  • Returns and Refunds If you are entitled to a refund for any reason for goods or services obtained with your Card, you agree to accept credits to your Card for such refunds and agree to the refund policy of that merchant. In the event that the Participant decided not to participate in the swim, the cost of additional services purchased by the participant in addition to the Registration fee can be partially refunded according to the following rules: 5.2.1. Any refunds are possible upon a written request of the participant, received not later than 1 month before the event.
