Return Charges. All Noncomplying and failing OEM Products returned by -------------- HP to Foundry, and all replacement or repaired OEM Products shipped by Foundry to HP to replace Noncomplying or failing OEM Products, will be at Foundry's risk and expense, including transportation charges (round trip charges for replacement or repaired OEM Products).
