RETURN/CREDIT POLICY. Returns of Products and credits therefor shall be governed by each Operating Company’s Credit and Return Policy, a copy of which shall be provided by each Operating Company to the Customers that it services under this Agreement.
RETURN/CREDIT POLICY. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Attachment III, the Hospital may return Blood to HemaCare for a full or partial credit based upon quality assurance findings as follows:

  • Change in Credit and Collection Policy At least thirty (30) days prior to the effectiveness of any material change in or material amendment to the Credit and Collection Policy, a copy of the Credit and Collection Policy then in effect and a notice (A) indicating such change or amendment, and (B) if such proposed change or amendment would be reasonably likely to adversely affect the collectibility of the Receivables or decrease the credit quality of any newly created Receivables, requesting the Agent's consent thereto.

  • Return Policy Subject to the requirements of this Agreement, Customer may return standard Hardware and Software within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. NI reserves the right to charge Customer a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee for any Products returned to NI. No returns will be accepted after the thirty (30) day period has expired. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required for Customer to return any Products. Acceptance of returns of customized Products and Non-NI Branded Products is in the sole discretion of NI.

  • Credit and Collection Policy The Servicer has complied in all material respects with the Credit and Collection Policy with regard to each Pool Receivable and the related Contracts.

  • Recoupment Policy Executive agrees that Executive will be subject to any compensation clawback or recoupment policies that may be applicable to Executive as an employee of the Company, as in effect from time to time and as approved by the Board or a duly authorized committee thereof, to comply with the ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

  • Deposit Policy When purchasing services from BellSouth, Carrier will be required to complete the BellSouth Credit Profile and provide information regarding credit worthiness. Based on the results of the credit analysis, BellSouth reserves the right to secure the account with a suitable form of security deposit. Such security deposit shall take the form of cash, an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (BellSouth form), Surety Bond (BellSouth form) or, in its sole discretion, some other form of security. Any such security deposit shall in no way release Carrier from its obligation to make complete and timely payments of its ▇▇▇▇. Such security shall be required prior to the inauguration of service. If, in the sole opinion of BellSouth, circumstances so warrant and/or gross monthly billing has increased beyond the level initially used to determine the level of security, BellSouth reserves the right to request additional security and/or file a Uniform Commercial Code (UCC1) security interest in Carrier’s “accounts receivables and proceeds.” Interest on a security deposit, if provided in cash, shall accrue and be paid in accordance with the terms in the appropriate BellSouth tariff. Security deposits collected under this Section shall not exceed two months’ estimated billing. In the event Carrier fails to remit to BellSouth any deposit requested pursuant to this Section, service to Carrier may be terminated and any security deposits will be applied to Carrier’s account(s).
