RETURN LOCATION Clause Samples

The 'Return Location' clause specifies the exact place where goods, equipment, or property must be returned at the end of a lease, rental, or loan period. Typically, this clause will identify a physical address or a designated facility, and may outline any requirements for the condition or manner in which the items are to be returned. By clearly defining the return location, this clause helps prevent disputes over where and how items should be returned, ensuring both parties have a mutual understanding and reducing the risk of loss or misplacement.
