Common use of Return Material Clause in Contracts

Return Material. Each Party will promptly return to the other Party (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing by the Parties and except for one copy for archival purposes only) all physical embodiments of any of the other Party’s Independent Technology and Confidential Information, that were provided by such other Party under this Agreement upon the termination of this Agreement.
