Common use of Return Materials Authorization Clause in Contracts

Return Materials Authorization. All OEM Products returned by Philips to Supplier must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization ("RMA") as noted in Exhibit D. Unless further verification is reasonably required by Supplier, Supplier will supply an RMA within [****] of Philips' request. Philips may return the OEM Product without an RMA if Supplier fails to provide one.
