Common use of Return Materials Authorization Clause in Contracts

Return Materials Authorization. All OEM Products returned by Agilent to Supplier must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (“RMA”). Unless further verification is reasonably required by Supplier, Supplier will supply a RMA within [**] work days of Agilent’s request. Agilent may return the OEM Product without a RMA if Supplier fails to provide one.
