Common use of RETURN OF AIRCRAFT TO LESSOR Clause in Contracts

RETURN OF AIRCRAFT TO LESSOR. Upon the conclusion of each flight conducted by Lessee under this Lease, Lessee will return the Aircraft to Lessor at the Centennial Airport, Englewood, Colorado, in as good operating condition and appearance as when received, ordinary wear, tear and deterioration excepted, and will indemnify Lessor against any claim for loss or damage occurring prior to the actual physical delivery of the Aircraft to Lessor.
