Common use of Return of an Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Return of an Aircraft. In the event of the Buyer desiring to return an Aircraft to the Seller for consideration of a Warranty Claim, the Buyer shall notify the Seller of its intention to do so and the Seller shall, prior to such return, have the right to inspect such Aircraft and thereafter, without prejudice to its rights hereunder, to repair such Aircraft, at its sole option, either at the Buyer's facilities or at another place acceptable to the Seller.
