Common use of Return of Confidential Material Clause in Contracts

Return of Confidential Material. In the event of the Employee’s termination of employment with Company for any reason whatsoever, the Employee agrees promptly to surrender and deliver to Company all records, materials, equipment, drawings, documents and data of any nature pertaining to any Confidential Information or to his or her employment, and the Employee will not retain or take with him or her any tangible materials or electronically stored data, containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information that the Employee may produce, acquire or obtain access to during the course of his or her employment.

Return of Confidential Material. In Upon the event of termination the Employee’s termination of employment with Company for any reason whatsoeverthe Company, the Employee agrees shall promptly to surrender and deliver to the Company all records, materials, equipment, drawings, documents documents, lab notes and books and data of any nature pertaining to any Invention (as defined below) or Confidential Information of the Company or to his or her employmentthe services provided by Employee, and the Employee will not take or retain (in any form or take with him or her format) any tangible materials or electronically stored data, description containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information that the which Employee may produce, acquire produce or obtain access to during the course of his or her employmentEmployee’s employment with the Company.
