Return of Confidential Material. Executive shall turn over to Company all originals and copies of materials containing Confidential Information in the Executive's possession, custody, or control upon request or upon termination of the Executive's employment with Company. Executive agrees to attend a termination interview with the General Counsel to confirm turnover of such materials and to discuss any questions the undersigned may have about his continuing obligations under this Agreement.
