Return of Documents and Property. All documents and tangible items provided to Executive by the Company, or possessed by or created by Executive for use in connection with Executive's employment, are the property of the Company and shall be promptly returned to the Company on termination of employment together with all copies, recordings, abstracts, notes or reproductions of any kind made from or about the documents and tangible items or the information they contain.
