Return of Equipment upon Termination. Upon termination of this Lease pursuant to Sections 3.3 (a) or 3.3 (c), Lessee shall return the Equipment to Lessor in the condition, repair, appearance and working order required in Section 9.2 hereof in the following manner as may be specified by Lessor: (a) By delivering the Equipment to Lessor at Lessee’s principal place of business; or (b) By loading the Equipment at Lessee’s cost and expense, on board such carrier as Lessor shall specify and shipping the same, freight prepaid, to the destination designated by Lessor. Lessee shall obtain all governmental authorizations to permit return of the Equipment to Lessor and Lessee shall pay to Lessor such sum as may be necessary to cover replacement of all broken or missing parts.
