The product(s) in the gift box(es) will meet 3M's or the manufacturer's specifications at the time of shipment. 3M makes no other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If a product(s) is defective, shareholder's exclusive remedy and 3M's sole obligation shall be, at 3M's option, to replace the gift box(es) or refund the purchase price.
