Common use of Return of Property and Information Clause in Contracts

Return of Property and Information. Promptly after the termination of Executive’s employment for any reason or by earlier request by the CEO or the Board, Executive shall return and deliver to the Company Group any and all Confidential Information, software, devices, cell phones, personal data assistants, credit cards, data, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, materials, equipment, computers, hard drives, papers, books, records, documents, memoranda, manuals, e-mail, electronic or magnetic recordings or data, including all copies thereof, which belong to the Company Group or relate to the Company Group’s business and which are in Executive’s possession, custody or control, whether prepared by Executive or others. If at any time after termination of Executive’s employment Executive determines that Executive has any Confidential Information in Executive’s possession or control, Executive shall promptly return to the Company Group all such Confidential Information in Executive’s possession or control, including all copies and portions thereof.
