Common use of Return of Purchase Price Clause in Contracts

Return of Purchase Price. If this Agreement is terminated by the Agents pursuant to subsection 9(a), the Purchase Price for the Offered Units received from any Purchaser which have not yet been subject to a Closing will be returned to such Purchaser, without interest or deduction.

If this Agreement is terminated by the Agents Agent pursuant to subsection 9(a), the Purchase Price for the Offered Units received from any Purchaser which have not yet been subject to a Closing will be returned by the Agent to such Purchaser, without interest or deduction.
