Common use of Return of Results Clause in Contracts

Return of Results. Subject to receipt of the test results from the Testing Lab, Verily will provide Participants with access to their test results via the Platform and will require that the Requisition Provider communicate the positive test results directly to the applicable Participants. The parties acknowledge and agree that the method of return of results may change over time, subject to mutual agreement of the parties.
