Common use of Return of the Company’s Property Clause in Contracts

Return of the Company’s Property. Executive hereby acknowledges and agrees that all Company personal property, including, without limitation, all books, manuals, records, reports, notes, contracts, lists and other documents, or materials, or copies thereof, and equipment furnished to or prepared by Executive in the course of or incident to Executive’s employment, belong to the Company and shall be promptly returned to the Company upon termination of Executive’s employment.
