RETURN OF THE VEHICLE. 7.1. The Renter must return the Vehicle, at the Renter’s expense to the Lessor at such date and time and at the Renting Location indicated in the Rental Form, or, upon demand by the Lessor if the Renter contravenes clause 6.2.3, or as otherwise agreed by the Lessor.
7.2. The Renter acknowledges that failure to return the Vehicle in terms hereof:
7.2.1. shall constitute unlawful possession by him, and the Lessor may, without prejudice to any other rights which it may have in law, institute legal action to repossess the Vehicle at the cost of the Renter; and
7.2.2. will result in a termination of any Waiver purchased by the Renter in terms of the Rental Form.
7.3. The Vehicle must be returned to the Lessor in the same condition as it was delivered to the Renter in terms of clause 5.2, fair wear and tear excepted. The Renter must ensure that the fuel tank of the vehicle is filled at the time of its return. If the fuel tank is not full, the Renter agrees to be liable to the Lessor for an amount equal to the retail fuel price then applicable for the fuel required to refill the fuel tank of the Vehicle, and for an administration charge raised by the Lessor for doing so.
7.4. When the Renter returns the Vehicle to the Renting Location, the Renter must:
7.4.1. park the Vehicle in the Lessor’s designated parking area;
7.4.2. ensure that the Vehicle is properly locked and secure;
7.4.3. complete and sign a vehicle inspection report together with a duly authorised representative of the Lessor. If no such report is completed and signed by the Renter, the Renter shall be deemed to have accepted the contents of the vehicle inspection report completed by the Lessor; and
7.4.4. return the keys to the Lessor.
7.5. In the event that the Vehicle is not returned in accordance with clause 7.4 above, the risk of loss or damage to the Vehicle will remain vested in the Renter until such time as the Lessor has recorded the return of the Vehicle.
RETURN OF THE VEHICLE a) The Hirer shall at or before the expiry of the Term of Hire, deliver the Vehicle (including Vehicle keys) to the branch or Return Location stated in the Rental Agreement, or, subject to these Terms and Conditions, obtain JUCY’s consent to the amendment or continuation of the hire. (Note: No refund is available to the Hirer if the Vehicle is returned earlier than the Return Date stated in the Rental Agreement).
b) In the event of any unauthorised extension to the Return Date, JUCY reserves the right to charge the current daily rental rate for each day until the Vehicle is returned and an additional late return fee of up to $500 In the event of any unauthorised change to the Return Location, JUCY reserves the right to charge an additional relocation fee of up to $500.
c) JUCY may charge the Hirer a cleaning fee of up to $250 if, in the reasonable opinion of JUCY, the Vehicle is not returned in a clean and tidy condition (including evidence of smoking in the vehicle)
d) JUCY may charge the Hirer a fee of up to $500 for failure by the Hirer to empty the grey water or toilet cassette (if applicable) from the Vehicle.
e) Except where the Hirer has pre-purchased gas or fuel, failure to return the Vehicle with full petrol, diesel and/or LPG tanks will result in a $30 administration fee in addition to the cost of refilling the fuel calculated at a rate of $3 per Litre
RETURN OF THE VEHICLE. On termination of this Agreement by Zoomo under clauses 12 or 13, Zoomo will set out an Expiry Date in the notice of termination provided to you. If you terminate this Agreement under clause 12, Zoomo will set out an Expiry Date in our acknowledgement of your termination notice. On or before the Expiry Date, you must return the Vehicle:
(a) to a designated Zoomo Location, on or before the Expiry Date, during operating hours; and
(b) in the same condition as it was upon taking possession, save that any reasonable and fair wear and tear is accepted. The Vehicle will be deemed returned to the possession of Zoomo when Zoomo or their authorised representative acknowledges receipt of the Vehicle in writing. Plan Fees will continue to apply for each week between the date of notification of termination and the Expiry Date, including the week of the Expiry Date or, if you fail to return the Vehicle as set out above or as otherwise instructed by Zoomo, the date that the Vehicle is returned to Zoomo. If you do not return the Vehicle on the Expiry Date then:
(a) you must pay Zoomo Plan Fees for each week between the Expiry Date and the date the Vehicle is returned, including the week of the Expiry Date;
(b) after written notice to you and if the location of the Vehicle is unknown, Zoomo may report the Vehicle as stolen to the Police; and
(c) you must compensate Zoomo for any reasonable costs incurred in recovering the Vehicle.
RETURN OF THE VEHICLE. 11.1 The Hirer shall, at or before the expiry date of the Term of Hire, deliver the Vehicle to ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, Mt Maunganui, or obtain the Owners consent to the continuation of the hire for an extension of the Term of Hire.
11.2 One of the Owner’s staff must see the Vehicle to check that it is in good condition. If the vehicle is returned outside business hours, the Hirer remains responsible for the Vehicle until it is inspected by a member of the Owners staff.
RETURN OF THE VEHICLE. The end of the rental is defined by the return of the Vehicle and of its keys to the rental counter at the agreed HERTZ location. This must be done to a uniformed HERTZ employee and under no circumstances should you give the keys to any person present at the HERTZ location and who you assume or who purports to be a HERTZ employee. You are allowed to return the car up to 59 minutes later than the initial return time. Up to this delay “grace period” one more day will be invoiced. Any vehicle returned outside of opening hours remain on the responsibility of the tenant. The rental agreement will be closed and the amount of the final invoice will be set once the agency will be opened. If the Vehicle is returned without its keys, you will be invoiced for the cost of the replacement keys. HERTZ strongly recommends that you carefully read this information available at counter. Under no circumstances ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ accept any liability for articles that may have been left in the Vehicle at the end of the rental.
RETURN OF THE VEHICLE. (a) You must return the Vehicle:
(i) to the Rental Location;
(ii) on the date and by the time shown in the Rental Agreement;
(iii) in a reasonable state of cleanliness;
(iv) in the same mechanical condition it was in at the Start of the Rental, fair wear and tear excepted; and
(v) with a full tank of fuel.
(b) If You fail to return the Vehicle, We may terminate the Rental Contract and if the location of the Vehicle is known, recover it by lawful means or if it is unknown, after making reasonable attempts to contact You, report the Vehicle as stolen to the Police.
(c) If the Vehicle is returned to Us early there is no entitlement to a refund.
(d) If You return the Vehicle:
(i) with less than a full tank of fuel a refuelling charge of $55 (including GST) plus the cost of the fuel, will apply;
(ii) more than one hour after the date and time set for its return in the Rental Agreement, We will charge You $25 per hour up to one full day's rental and a further full day's rental at the standard rate for each 24 hour period or part thereof until the Vehicle is returned to Us; or
(iii) at any time outside Our normal business hours You must pay for the daily Rental Charges and all Damage until the Rental Location next opens for business unless We have agreed to an after business hours drop off and it is shown on the Rental Agreement.
RETURN OF THE VEHICLE. 17.1. At the conclusion of this Agreement or upon its termination for any reason, the Rentee shall return the Vehicle to the Rentor, together with the keys, accessories, instruction books (if any), the service and warranty books and the spare wheel;
17.2. The Rentor shall conduct an inspection of the Vehicle and once satisfied that the Vehicle has been returned in good order and all keys, accessories, the instruction books (if any), the service and warranty books and the spare wheel have been returned, the Rentor shall return the deposit and the key deposit to the Rentee;
17.3. Where the Rentor is required to effect any repairs to the Vehicle or replace accessories, keys or the spare wheel, wear and tear excluded (provided it falls within the maximum distance) this shall be for the Rentees account and the Rentor shall request payment from the Rentee or deduct these costs from his Security and / or Key deposit, provided that when the deposit is insufficient, these costs may be charged to the Rentees credit card and/or bank account;
17.4. The Vehicle must be returned promptly upon the Expiry Date in terms of paragraph 1.
1. Where the Vehicle is not returned on the expiry date the Rentor shall charge the Rentee the Total Monthly Rental payable in terms of paragraph 1.2 plus an additional penalty equal to 20% of the aforesaid rental;
17.5. It is recorded that this Agreement is a rental agreement only and as such the Rentee will not assume ownership of the Vehicle upon the expiry of this Agreement nor is the Rentor under any obligation to offer the Vehicle for sale to the Rentee.
RETURN OF THE VEHICLE. The hirer shall at or before the expiry of the term of hire, deliver the vehicle to the location detailed in the schedule, or obtain the owner’s consent to the continuation of the hire. (Note: No refund is available to the hirer if the vehicle is returned earlier than stated in the schedule). The vehicle is to be returned in a clean and tidy condition; if not, a NZD$100.00 cleaning fee may apply. The vehicle is to be returned with a full tank of fuel ; if it is not filled with fuel a NZD$50.00 administration fee will apply in addition to the cost of the fuel. If not returned to the location detailed, a relocation fee of NZD$500.00 may be charged, plus any extra vehicle transporter and freight fees.
RETURN OF THE VEHICLE. 5.1 The Renter shall return the vehicle at the Renter's expense to an authorised representative of the Company on the agreed return date, time and at the agreed renting location reflected on the Rental Agreement.
5.2 The Renter acknowledges that failure to return the vehicle in terms of the agreement shall constitute unlawful possession by him, and the Company may repossess the vehicle wherever it may be found and from whomsoever is in possession thereof. Any costs incurred in recovering the vehicle as well as the cost of any additional rental days, will be for the account of the Renter.
5.3 Should the vehicle not be returned as indicated in 5.1 above, any waiver option and/or PAI cover become null and void for the entire contract period;
5.4 Should the vehicle not be returned as indicated in 5.1 above, the vehicle may be reported as stolen to the relevant authorities;
5.5 The vehicle shall be returned undamaged, in good order and the motor vehicle in roadworthy condition, fair wear and tear excepted.
5.6 If the Renter returns the vehicle to any renting location of the Company, the Renter shall:
5.6.1 Park the vehicle in the Company's reserved parking; and
5.6.2 Ensure that the vehicle is properly locked and secure; and
5.6.3 Hand the keys to an authorised representative of the Company or leave the keys in a drop safe provided at the offices of the Company, in the event that the offices are not open for business.
5.7 The vehicle and all risk relating to the rental will remain the responsibility of the Renter until the Company has recorded the return of the vehicle
RETURN OF THE VEHICLE. 10.1. The Hirer shall, at or before the expiry of the term of hire, deliver the Vehicle to the Rental Company as described on the front of this agreement, or obtain the Rental Company’s consent to the continuation of the hire. If the Vehicle is returned after the time agreed in writing, the Rental Company will charge a fee according to the actual valid pricelist (up to a maximum equal to the relevant full day price for each day late). Any costs incurred as a result of a subsequent hirer or any other person making claims against the Rental Company on the grounds that a Vehicle was supplied late must be borne by the Hirer.
10.2. The Hirer shall return the Vehicle with: − full fuel tank and full LPG bottles. Failure to do so shall result in refill charges - see current price list − empty waste tank; − all Vehicle equipment accounted for and undamaged. The Hirer is liable for any equipment that is damaged or not accounted for; and − in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so shall result in a cleaning fee - see current price list
