Common use of Return of Uniforms Clause in Contracts

Return of Uniforms. All employees that terminate their employment with the Employer for any reason shall be required to return clothing and other equipment supplied by the Employer. If any employee fails to return such clothing and/or equipment supplied by the Employer, the value of such items, less depreciation, will be deemed to be a credit obligation owing to the Employer and shall be deducted from the employee's final paycheque.
