Common use of Return of University Property Clause in Contracts

Return of University Property. All university work product, equipment, supplies, and other property provided must be returned promptly upon the department’s request. Upon termination of employment, all equipment, supplies, work product, data, and other university property must be returned to the department no later than ten days after the termination date. The university will reimburse the Employee for the reasonable cost of making such return.
