Common use of Return of Your Data Clause in Contracts

Return of Your Data. Upon request by You made within 30 days after the effective date of termination of a Purchased Services subscription, Maximizer will make Your Data available to You for download. After such 30- day period, Maximizer will have no obligation to maintain or provide any of Your Data and will thereafter, unless legally prohibited, delete all of Your Data in Maximizer’s systems or otherwise in Maximizer’s possession or control.

Return of Your Data. Upon request by You made within 30 days after the effective date of termination of a Purchased Services subscription, Maximizer will make Your Data available to You for download. After You acknowledge and agree if You fail to make such 30- request and fail to download Your Data within such 30 day periodperiod then You may not have access to such information, Maximizer will have no obligation to maintain or provide any such information, such information may be deleted or destroyed by Maximizer and Maximizer will have no responsibility for the failure to provide, loss or destruction of Your Data and will thereafter, unless legally prohibited, delete all of Your Data in Maximizer’s systems or otherwise in Maximizer’s possession or controlData.
