Return or Destruction of Data. Within thirty (30) calendar days of the completion of the term or of the termination of this Agreement, or upon earlier request of University, Contractor shall return all documents, data, and other information provided by University to Contractor or Contractor’s employees or agents in connection with this Agreement. Contractor, upon the request of the University, shall destroy all copies of such University-provided data, documents, or information in Contractor’s possession or control, and certify to University that it has completed such destruction.
