Within thirty (30) days of the date of termination of the Agreement or the date of cessation of any Services involving the Processing of Customer Personal Data, Company shall delete, destroy and procure the deletion of all copies of such Customer Personal Data. Customer may in its sole and absolute discretion request by written notice a complete copy of all Customer Personal Data prior to deletion and destruction of such data by Company. Company shall provide written certification to Customer that it and each Company Affiliate has fully complied with this Section 4.3 within thirty (30) days of the termination of Agreement or date of cessation of Services.
