Those units indicating a defect due to assembly processing (Defective Unit) will be transmitted to Contractor (material review board) for confirmation of failure analysis at Contractor's expense and corrective action by the Contractor. Contractor's sole responsibility and liability as a result of any such defect shall be to provide compensation to Company for the amount charged to Company for each Defective Unit.

Parents and guardians must assume a responsibility for maintaining this partnership by supporting the school in the provision of education to their children within the scope of School's registration and furthering the spiritual and academic life of their children.

  • Cloud Services Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement or in the Order, Company grants Customer a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to access and use the Number of Units of Cloud Services during the Term solely for internal business purposes in accordance with the applicable license restrictions stated in the Business Unit Terms, Order, and Documentation.
