Common use of Return to Position Clause in Contracts

Return to Position. An employee returning to work on a reduced hours, phased-in, basis pursuant to Clause 18.06(a) above shall normally return to the job and work location they held immediately prior to the applicable absence, however; the employee may be placed in another position within the bargaining unit and by mutual agreement between the University and the Union.
