Return to Regular Duties. In many situations, the employee will return to job with no need for assistance. While these returns are straightforward, the will still check with the employee and, if appropriate, remind the employee about the program and the assistance that is available if problems occur. In addition, the will provide information about the return to work to the Coordinator for program measurement purposes.
