Common use of Return to Regular Duties Clause in Contracts

Return to Regular Duties. In many situations, the employee will return to his/her pre-disability job with no need for assistance. While these returns are straightforward, the Principal/Supervisor will still check with the employee and, if appropriate, remind the employee about the program and the assistance that is available if problems occur. In addition, the Principal/Supervisor will provide information about the return to work to the WEIP Coordinator for program measurement purposes.
