Common use of Return to Work and Employee Accommodation Clause in Contracts

Return to Work and Employee Accommodation. .1 Where an employee provides objective medical evidence that defines their capabilities within the provisions of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 or the Ontario Human Rights Code, the company will provide accommodation to the employee to the point of undue hardship. The employee’s return to work will be conducted in accordance with the company’s return to work policy.
