Returned Transfers Clause Samples
The Returned Transfers clause defines the procedures and responsibilities related to the return of funds that have been transferred but cannot be completed or are rejected by the receiving party. Typically, this clause outlines the steps the sender and recipient must take if a transfer is returned, such as notification requirements, timelines for returning the funds, and any associated fees or adjustments. Its core practical function is to ensure that both parties understand how to handle unsuccessful transfers, thereby minimizing confusion and financial risk when transactions do not go as planned.
