Returning from Sick Leave. 302. On returning from sick leave after an absence of more than five (5) working days, an Operator must have a statement from the Operator's doctor stating: a. Date and time of treatment; b. Duration of illness; ▇. ▇▇▇▇ cleared to return to work, and that the Operator is capable of performing the Operator's regular duties.
Returning from Sick Leave. 178 An employee must present to the Human Resource Department, documentation acceptable to the Company for return from Sick Leave to full-time work at full capacity or part-time work at limited capacity as denoted, if warranted by the employee’s seniority standing and qualifications, will be offered an assignment to return effective no later than the second regular working day following the date of such presentation of medical approval. Failure to meet such offer deadline will require the Company to pay the employee a sum equal to the current sickness and accident daily benefit rate for each regular working day following the date of presentation of such medical evidence and continuing until the date such offer of work is made available to the employee.
