Returns of Inventory. If any Account Debtor returns any Inventory to a Grantor after shipment thereof, and such return generates a credit in excess of $250,000 in the aggregate on any Account or Accounts of such Account Debtor, such Grantor shall notify the Agent of the same as soon as practicable.
