Common use of Returns Required by Law Clause in Contracts

Returns Required by Law. Except when same are legally required to be filed by Owner, Manager shall execute and file punctually, when due, all forms, reports, and returns required by law relating to the employment of personnel and the operation of the commercial portion of the Premises, including all property, franchise and other tax returns. If directed in writing by Owner, all of such tax returns shall be reviewed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or such other firm of independent accountants as shall be designated by Owner. Returns shall be furnished to Owner in sufficient time that they may be reviewed by Owner and filed without the necessity for extensions of time for filing.
