Returns to Service. The Participating TO shall take all steps necessary, consistent with Good Utility Practice and in accordance with the ISO Tariff and ISO Protocols, to prevent Forced Outages and to return to operation, as soon as possible, any facility under the ISO’s Operational Control that is the subject of a Forced Outage.
