Common use of Reverse Engineering; Other Technology Uses Clause in Contracts

Reverse Engineering; Other Technology Uses. Licensee will not disassemble, decompile, nor create or attempt to create, by reverse engineering or otherwise, the source code of the Software other than to implement the Technology as contemplated under this Agreement. Licensee will only utilize the Technology, including, but not limited to, the Software, for the intended purpose of integrating it into the Licensed Products as contemplated under this Agreement.
