Common use of Reverse Engineering Clause in Contracts

Reverse Engineering. You may not decompile, decipher, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the Software or any part thereof, except as expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

Reverse Engineering. You may not decompile, decipher, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive access source code of the Software, or gain circumvent any technical limitations in the Software that limit or restrict access to the source code or use of the Software or any part thereofcontent, file, or other work, except as expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

Reverse Engineering. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, decipher, disassemble, reverse engineer disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to discover the source code code, underlying ideas, underlying user interface techniques or algorithms of the Software by any means whatsoever, directly or indirectly, or disclose any part thereof, except as expressly permitted of the foregoing. You may not disclose any information obtained by applicable law notwithstanding this limitationyou hereunder to any third party or use it to create any software which is substantially similar to the expression of the Software.
