Reverse Order. If no one signed up for overtime continuous with the beginning or ending of his shift, assignments shall be made in reverse order of seniority. If there is an Employee with less seniority who gets off later but can cover a portion of the overtime needed, the more senior Employee shall be released when the more junior Employee becomes available. This "stair stepping" of mandatory overtime shall only be done one time per assignment.
