REVERSIBILITY. At the Customer's request, sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt at the latest on the effective date of termination or expiration of the Contract, the Service Provider shall return all the Data belonging to it in a readable standard electronic format, in an environment equivalent to that of the Service Provider, within a period of five thirty (530) working days [A validate] from the date of receipt of the request. The customer and/or the service provider retained by the customer undertakes to collaborate actively with the Service Provider to facilitate the reversibility of the Data. At the customer's request, the Service Provider may provide additional technical assistance services to the customer and/or the third party designated by the latter in the context of reversibility. The services of reversibility and reversibility assistance will be provided according to the financial conditions of the Provider in force on the date of notification. In the absence of a request for reversibility from the Customer, the Data will be completely deleted at the end of the Contract.

REVERSIBILITY. Customer can retrieve from the SaaS Services its standard reporting data under XLS, CSV or TXT formats, without the involvement of Kyriba, at any time. During the Term, Customer can retrieve from the SaaS Services Customer’s data that is inputted into and/or stored via the SaaS Services (“Customer Data”) as part of the standard reporting data under XLS, CSV or TXT formats. No later than thirty (30) days following termination or expiry of the Agreement, and upon Customer’s written request, Kyriba will grant Customer limited access to the SaaS Services for the sole purpose of permitting Customer to retrieve Customer Data, provided that Customer has paid in full all good faith undisputed amounts owed to Kyriba. At the end of such 30-day period, and except as may be required by law, Kyriba may delete or otherwise render inaccessible any of Customer Data that remain in Kyriba’s “live” site and Customer acknowledges and agrees that Kyriba has no obligation to retain Customer Data. In the event Customer requests Kyriba to return Customer Data, such service will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of the performance of this service.

REVERSIBILITY. This section applies at the end of a subscription to one or more TEHTRIS Solutions not renewed by the User and/or in the event of termination of the Agreement for any reason whatsoever except in the event of termination for fault by the User. Before the date of termination or expiration of subscriptions in case of non-renewal, as well as before proceeding with deletion operations, it is the User's sole responsibility to carry out any operation (such as backup, transfer to a third party solution, etc.) necessary for the conservation of his Data. TEHTRIS reminds the User that it is the User's responsibility to keep any Data that may be used for evidential purposes (traces of attacks, etc.). TEHTRIS undertakes, with the exception of the cases mentioned in the section "Property", to destroy at its expense all Data sent by the User. TEHTRIS undertakes to carry out the destruction within ten (10) days following the date of termination of contractual relations between the Parties. Upon completion of such destruction, TEHTRIS may, at the request of the User, provide a record of destruction.

REVERSIBILITY. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, including partial termination of Services by Customer pursuant to Article 16.2 (the “Reversibility Event”), Service Provider shall promptly return all Technical Records and all copies thereof to Customer, but not later than 15 days after the Reversibility Event. In case of termination of only one category of Services pursuant to Article 16.2 above (either SCM or NPI Services), said reversibility obligations will not only apply to the Technical Records that are necessary to Service Provider for the performance of the category of Services that continue to be performed hereunder. Upon Customer’s request, Service Provider shall have its legal representative confirm in writing that Service Provider has not kept any copy of the Technical Records. In addition, Service Provider agrees to promptly provide to Customer, but not later than 15 days after a Reversibility Event, the latest version of the source code, object code and accompanying documentation in its possession of all Licensed Technology, as used and exploited by Service Provider immediately prior to such Reversibility Event (hereafter the “Derived Licensed Technology”). On the date of the Reversibility Event, Service Provider shall grant to Customer a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, fully paid-up, world-wide license, under all Service Provider’s intellectual property rights, for the entire duration of protection of said rights (i) to reproduce, copy, represent, publish, broadcast, market, sell, dispose and/or distribute the Derived Licensed Technology, in whole or in part, on any media and by whatever process or means, present or future, known or unknown as at the date hereof, without any limitation, such as but not limited to print, analog, digital, magnetic, the internet or any other medium or communication or broadcasting system or network; (ii) to adapt, translate in any language, modify, correct, enhance, improve, integrate in existing or future works, in total or in part, the Derived Licensed Technology; (iii) to use the Derived Licensed Technology in the broadest possible manner for any internal, personal and business purposes, whether presently existing or developed in the future by Customer, its affiliates or its heirs, successors or assigns; and (iv) to license, sublicense, assign, or transfer, in whole or in part, definitively or temporarily, any of the above-mentioned rights. REVERSIBILITY. The procedures to be carried out by 3DS OUTSCALE, and by the CLIENT, in the event of the termination of the Agreement, so that the CLIENT can transfer its Data, programs, applications, etc. to another service provider in accordance with the “Reversibility” article of this Services Agreement.

REVERSIBILITY. Upon request from the Customer, VWT may provide the Customer with a quotation for reversibility of the Equipment Data (including the results of the data analysis).
