Common use of Reverted Products Clause in Contracts

Reverted Products. All Licensed Products, that are not selected by Elanco following expiration or termination as Retained Products, directed to such terminated Target(s) shall be referred to herein as the “Reverted Products.” Elanco shall immediately cease, and shall cause its Affiliates and, if applicable, (sub)licensees to immediately cease, all development and commercialization of the Reverted Products, and Elanco shall not use or practice, nor shall it cause or permit any of its Affiliates or, if applicable, (sub)licensees to use or practice, directly or indirectly, any Intrexon IP with respect to the Reverted Products. Elanco shall immediately discontinue making any representation regarding its status as a licensee or channel collaborator of Intrexon with respect to the Reverted Products.
