Common use of Review and Additional Fees Clause in Contracts

Review and Additional Fees. The parties to this Agreement agree that, at the request of the relevant Agent, the fees and expenses payable under clause 14.1 (Fees) may be reviewed and increased from time to time in accordance with such Agent's then current fee levels. In addition, each Agent reserves the right at any time from time to time to charge the Issuer additional fees and expenses in respect of the performance by such Agent of services hereunder in respect of any Corporate Actions.
